Life
Coaching is an increasingly popular way to effect personal change and
improve your life.
Life
coaching is an opportunity to focus on where you are in life, where you
want to be, and how you are going to get there. It is a practical,
problem solving approach to making your life better.
The
relationship between the coach and client is a supportive partnership.
The coach is there solely with the learning, advancement and happiness
of the client in mind and no other agenda. As a coach I respect my
clients model of the world and inherent resourcefulness.
My
style of coaching is non-directional. This means that I do not give
advice or tell you what to do. You are the expert in your own life, not
me. I do however have the skills to listen to you and question you so
that you can get a new perspective on your situation and use your
natural creativity to fully explore the options that are open to you.
I can also use my
objectivity and training to reflect back to you what I notice, as much
from what you don't say as what you do. I have a toolkit under my belt
to help you identify your goals, values and motivations, to develop new
strategies, clear blockages and hold you accountable to yourself and
your stated aims.
My
clients work with me because they want to improve their situations and
achieve goals.
As
your coach I will give you totally focused attention and 100% commitment
to your learning. I will listen with the genuine desire to understand
who you are and how you experience the world. I will reflect back to you
with objectivity and will never judge or tell you what to do. I will
support you and challenge you to live up to your values and goals.

talents and goals. We work to shift focus to the positives and by
getting specific we are able to identify and tackle any limiting beliefs
that stand in their way. By living a life that acknowledges
our needs and values and sets realistic, achievable steps along the way
to our goals, self belief can flourish.
Confidence is built,
not handed out, and it is built by setting and meeting challenges, and
with a coach by their side, clients can benefit from the clarity and
