If you're ready to book some sessions now then get in touch and we can arrange an initial consultation. The consultation is free and will last approx half an hour. This will give us a chance to get to know one another and for you to get a feel for the coaching process. If at the end of the consultation we agree that coaching would suit your needs and that we would like to work together then we can start planning the coaching schedule.
